Returns Policy
As we are a small business we cannot offer returns and refunds at the moment, although we can offer an exchange for you on clothing items.
Due to hygiene reasons we can not offer any returns or refunds on jewellery items.
Care
As some of our items are handmade and hand sewn, such as bags and patchwork clothing - we use recycled ribbons and vintage materials all which can be easily damaged therefore they should be handled and treated with care. When washing these items we highly recommend hand washing them although washing them inside out, on a delicate cycle using cold water is highly recommended too. When drying clothing items, lay flat or hang dry - do not tumble dry. Some items also may fray over a period of time which is very common in ribbon edges.
